§ 1. General provisions
- These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the online store www.senga-dance.pl (hereinafter the “Store”).
The owner and administrator of the Store is:

- These Terms and Conditions are addressed to both Consumers and Businesses using the Store, unless a given provision states otherwise.
- All prices shown in the Store are expressed in [PLN / EUR / USD / GBP / CZK] and are gross prices (including VAT), unless otherwise stated in the offer description.
§ 2. Definitions
- Consumer – a natural person concluding a legal transaction with the Seller that is not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Customer – any entity placing an order in the Store.
- Dancewear and Dance Products – clothing, costumes, bodysuits, skirts, dance underwear and accessories offered by the Store.
- Custom / personalized order – a product made to the Customer’s individual order, according to measurements, specifications or tailoring changes provided by the Customer.
§ 3. Placing and fulfilling orders
- Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the Store’s website.
- A sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming that the Seller has accepted the order for processing.
- For personalized or made-to-measure products, the order lead time is agreed individually with the Customer.
§ 4. Prices, payment methods and delivery
1. Payment methods:
- Electronic payments and payment cards.
- Traditional bank transfer.
2. Delivery within the European Union (EU):
- Product prices include the applicable EU VAT.
- Deliveries within the European Union should not take longer than 5 business days.
- The Seller entrusts delivery of purchased goods to specialized courier companies. Carrier details are provided by the Seller.
- Delivery costs are calculated in the cart before the order is placed.
3. Delivery outside the European Union (Non-EU / Export):
- Product prices for shipments outside the EU may be exempt from EU VAT (0% / net rate) or settled under export rules.
- Customs and import taxes: Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are borne entirely by the Buyer.
- Worldwide deliveries should not take longer than 7 business days.
- The Seller entrusts delivery of purchased goods to specialized courier companies. Carrier details are provided by the Seller.
- Delivery costs are calculated in the cart before the order is placed.
- The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays resulting from customs procedures in the destination country.
4. Receipt of goods
- The Seller informs Customers that they have the right to check the condition of the parcel after it is delivered to the address indicated in the order. The parcel may be inspected before it is accepted from the carrier.
- If, before the parcel is handed over, it turns out to be damaged or incomplete, the carrier must promptly draw up a report establishing the condition of the parcel and the circumstances of the damage. In most cases the carrier performs these steps at the request of the person entitled to collect the parcel.
- If after the parcel has been handed over you notice a shortage or damage that could not be seen from the outside, you may, immediately after discovering the damage and no later than within 7 days of receipt, request the carrier to establish the condition of the parcel.

§ 5. Right of withdrawal (Returns)
1. Orders within the European Union (EU)
- Deadline: The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days.
- Start of the period: The return period runs from the day the parcel is received by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer.
- Notification: A return must be submitted by sending a statement to: kontakt@senga-dance.pl
- The return should be made promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days.
2. Orders outside the European Union (Non-EU / Export)
- Deadline: Customers from countries outside the EU have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days of delivery of the parcel.
- Start of the period: The return period runs from the day the parcel is received by the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer.
- Notification: A return must be submitted by sending a statement to: kontakt@senga-dance.pl
- The return should be made promptly, no later than within 14 calendar days.
3. Customs requirements (very important):
- A return shipment sent from outside the EU must have a customs declaration clearly marked: “RETURN GOODS / ZWROT TOWARU”.
- Missing or incorrect marking may result in customs and tax charges in Poland. Any customs clearance costs arising from incorrect parcel marking are borne by the Buyer (and will be deducted from the refund).
4. Trying-on rules:
- Dancewear should be tried on only over your own personal underwear.
- Please take care not to stain the garment with makeup, self-tanner, deodorant or shimmering cosmetics while trying it on.
5. Conditions for accepting a return:
- The garment must show no signs of use (no perfume or sweat smell, no makeup/self-tanner stains, no snags in mesh or lace).
- Products must have originally attached tags, paper labels and intact hygiene strips/pads (if present).
6. The right of return does not apply to:
- Made-to-measure and personalized dancewear: Dancewear made to the Customer’s individual measurements, with a changed color combination, additional embellishments (e.g. rhinestones/feathers added on request) or embroidery is not returnable (Art. 38 point 3 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act / EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
7. Shipping costs and refunds:
- Return shipping costs: The cost of the return shipment is borne entirely by the Buyer.
- Cash on delivery: The Store does not accept COD parcels or parcels sent without prior notification.
- The Seller shall issue a refund no later than 14 days from the date the returned goods are received from the Customer. The Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the garment is received and its condition verified.
- Original shipping costs outside the EU: For Non-EU shipments, the original shipping costs and customs fees incurred in the destination country are non-refundable.

§ 6. Complaints and conformity of goods with the contract
- The Seller is obliged to deliver goods free from defects and in conformity with the contract.
- Complaints should be submitted in writing or by e-mail to: kontakt@senga-dance.pl, including a description of the defect and photos of the damage.
- The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
The following are not covered by complaints:
- Mechanical damage arising during use or performances (e.g. snags in delicate mesh/tulle caused by jewelry or nails, abrasion against rough surfaces).
- Damage resulting from improper care (e.g. washing rhinestone-/feather-/fringe-embellished garments in a washing machine, ironing at too high a temperature, discoloration caused by unsuitable detergents).
- Loss of individual rhinestones/fringes/feathers resulting from normal wear during intensive movement/dance.
§ 7. Personal data protection (GDPR)
- The controller of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.
- Personal data are processed in order to fulfill orders, handle returns and complaints and – with separate consent – for marketing purposes (Newsletter), in accordance with the GDPR.
- Detailed rules on data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Store’s website.
§ 8. Final provisions
- Contracts are concluded in Polish or English.
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law and European Union law shall apply.
